Anniversary of the martyrdom of the martyr Major Natig Ismayilov from Gabala was marked
One year has passed since Major Ismayilov Natig Ajdar, who fought heroically in the Patriotic War, martyred. On this occasion, the heads of the region’s executive power, law enforcement agencies, departments, institutions, organizations, the staff of the school where the martyr studied, comrades-in-arms visited the grave of Natig Ismayilov, laid flowers on his grave and prayed for his soul. Also, opening ceremony of the fountain complex erected in memory of the martyr was held in Bunud village. According to the Order of the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev dated 15.12.2020, Ismayilov Natig was posthumously awarded the medal “For the Motherland” and the Order “Bravery” of the 3rd degree for his meritorious and conscientious performance of his duties and the heroism he demonstrated in the battles. The participants of the event visited the family of the martyr in their home. Family members of the martyr noted that the families of the martyrs were surrounded by the attention and care of President Ilham Aliyev and First Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva, and expressed their deep gratitude for the works done and reforms carried out to improve their social security.
