Commemoration of martyr Kheyirbay Safarchinov was celebrated
Birthday of Safarchinov Kheyirbay Jalil, one of martyrs who fought bravely and martyred in the Patriotic War for liberation of our territories and a resident of village Yeni Dizakhli was celebrated. Officers of the District Executive Power, District Education Department, staff of the school where the martyr studied, public representatives and family members visited the grave of Kheyirbay Safarchinov, laid flowers at his grave, honoured his memory and recited prayers to his soul. Safarchinov Kheyirbay was awarded the “Medal for Motherland” by the Presidential Order of the Republic of Azerbaijan due to his bravery in battles after his death. The martyr’s family members expressed their gratitude to the country leaders for high attention and care provided.
