A memorial fountain complex was erected in order to immortalize the memory of Gabala martyrs
The memorial fountain complex erected in order to immortalize the memory of martyrs martyred in the Patriotic War was unveiled in Yeni Dizakhli village of Gabala. Memorial plaques of Motherland soldiers who sacrificed their lives in the Patriotic War, as well as First Karabakh War were put in the complex. The unveiling ceremony was attended by representatives of the district executive power, law enforcement agencies, authorities, organizations and family members of martyrs and staff of the school where they studied. Speakers spoke about the historical significance of the victory in the 44-day Patriotic War started on September 27 in the last year and ended with the victory under the leadership of Supreme Commander-in-Chief, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, glorious battle stories of martyrs and noted that their memory would never be forgotten. Family members of martyrs expressed their gratitude to Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the First Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva for attention and care provided to them
