Head of Gabala District Executive Power held the next video-conference.

Progress of measures taken against coronavirus pandemic in the district, sanitary-prophylactic and disinfection works, as well as matters arising out of the decisions of the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan related to softening some of restrictions in the special quarantine regime have been discussed in the video conference attended by the representatives of the administrative territory. Opening the conference Head of Gabala District Executive Power Sabuhi Abdullayev noted that special quarantine regime has been extended until 00:00, May 31, 2020 by the Operational Headquarters according to the recommendations of World Health Organization on the current sanitary-epidemiological situation in the country related to coronavirus (COVID-19), as well as a decision has been made on softening some of restrictions applied considering virus infection of people and recovery dynamics in patients. Mentioning disinfection works done in the current situation and other points worrying people, the speaker also pointed out the delivery of food aids to low-income families living in self-isolation situation and highlighted the necessity for full provision of transparency and flexibility during this process. Stressing the importance of contacting to residents, closely concerning with their cares and demands, taking timely measures, controlling the activity of employees work in local public jobs, Head of the District imposed strict obligations on the local executive officers related to non-fulfillment of illegal acts in these fields. In the web conference local executive officers provide reports related to the actions performed in the administrative territories during the pandemic period. In the conference Head of the District Executive Power ask the residents of the districts to follow personal hygiene, medical and prophylactic practices, to leave the home unless absolutely necessary, to have minimum contact with other people in public places, to closely support the actions implemented by government and provide them with his assignments and recommendations related to the execution of all decisions of the Operational Headquarters.
