Medical staff of the Department of Parasitology in Gabala Central Regional Hospital actively attended in the struggle measures against a new type of coronavirus (COVID-19) infection. Until now 2065 people have been taken diagnostically swabbing analysis, laboratorially treated in Baku, then the people being more contacted with population have been firstly medically treated. During this period people with positive test results have been treated and observed in departed medical institutions, death and critical cases have not been recorded. Prophylactic actions are in progress in this direction.
