For the first three days of the census in the Gabala region, census takers visited 7201 households.

According to the decree of President Ilham Aliyev “On the census in the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2019” dated on September 7, 2016, as elsewhere in the country, the census began in Gabala on October 1. During the first three days of the event, census takers visited 7201 households and enumerated the population. To ensure a high level of holding an important state event in the region, 8 census points, 70 instruction-control points and 351 counting points were created in the region.
