Judoist of the "Gabala" Sports Club Imran Yusifov won a gold medal at the European Cup. Competing in the +100 kg weight category, our athlete was successful in competitions in Luxembourg. Our judoist managed to win all the fights. Imran won in the first round with the Frenchman Joseph Terhek, and in the semifinal of the Spaniard Irinel Vasil Chelaru Grigorash. In the confrontation for the gold medal, his opponent was the Frenchman German Andreyev. Our judoist, who won the third victory in a row, climbed to the highest level of the podium at the European Cup.
