The Minister of Justice received citizens in Gabala.
In accordance with the instructions of the President of the country, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, on decent service to people by state structures, care and a sensitive approach to citizens' appeals, the Ministry of Justice pays special attention to the reception of citizens in the regions. In accordance with the instructions of the Head of State and the schedule for the reception of citizens in the regions, the Minister of Justice Fikrat Mammadov received citizens from the Gabala, Ismayilli, Oghuz and other regions on September 20 at the Gabala Region Culture Center. Before the reception, flowers were laid at the monument to national leader Heydar Aliyev in Gabala, and his blessed memory was honored. During the reception, appeals related to justice were considered, each citizen was carefully listened to, some of the issues raised in the appeals found their solution on the spot, regarding other appeals relevant instructions were given to the responsible employees of the Ministry. Expressing satisfaction with the creation of comfortable and favorable conditions for receiving and considering the appeals of the region’s residents locally, citizens also expressed gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev for the attention and care given. During the visit, the Minister visited the local courts and justice authorities, got acquainted with their activities and working conditions, held a meeting with judges and justice officials. The meeting addressed issues related to the improvement of justice and judicial activity in accordance with the instructions of the Head of State, emphasized the exceptional importance of the Presidential Decree "On Deepening Reforms in the Judicial Legal System" dated on April 3, 2019, discussed upcoming tasks and issues of ensuring justice and enforcement of court decisions, increasing citizen satisfaction, strict observance of the rules of ethical behavior, recommendations and instructions to prevent corruption were given.
