The Day of Knowledge was celebrated in the Gabala region.
In connection with the beginning of the new school year, the Day of Knowledge was celebrated in 68 secondary schools of the region. Speakers at the meeting congratulated members of the public on the occasion of the significant event, spoke about targeted educational events in our country, the attention and care about education by President Ilham Aliyev and President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, Deputy of the Milli Majlis Mehriban Aliyeva. It was brought to attention that in recent years, in the Gabala region, a total of 29 new school buildings, 6 schools of a modular type were built, 10 schools were thoroughly repaired and commissioned, which is a clear demonstration of the care shown. Each of these schools is equipped with modern technical equipment, libraries, sports halls, subject rooms and laboratories; modern computers have been transferred to students and teachers for use. It was noted that in the new school year, new modular buildings were built in the region for a complete secondary school in Garadeyn village for 80 pupils and an elementary school in Shafili village for 20 pupils, a complete secondary school in Khamzalli village was repaired, the roofs of the complete secondary school No.1 of Zaraghan village and school of Mykhlygovag village with expired service life, were replaced. It was noted that the current repair was carried out in other schools.
