The "Kiev Virtuosi" symphony orchestra presented the next concert program at the Gabala Festival.

The XI Gabala International Music Festival, organized by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, has been pleasing the audience with more and more interesting concert programs for the fifth day already. The festival, which started on July 31, is attended by famous musical bands from Azerbaijan, as well as prominent musicians, symphony orchestras, soloists and conductors from foreign countries. In accordance with the festival program, the next concert of the famous Ukrainian symphony orchestra “Kiev Virtuosi” took place on the evening of August 4 in the Gabala Cultural Center. The concert was attended by representatives of the festival organizers, music lovers and guests of the city. The symphony orchestra "Kiev Virtuosi" is one of the leading Ukrainian bands. This young orchestra unites many talented musicians from Ukraine who have become winners of international competitions. The orchestra gained popularity in Ukraine, popularizing the works of Western composers, as well as working closely with prominent modern composers such as K.Penderecki, V.Sylvestrov and M.Skoryk. The distinctive sound and mastery of the orchestra over the years has attracted the attention of many world famous soloists and conductors and encouraged them to perform in joint projects. Recent orchestra tours include Switzerland, France, Spain, Azerbaijan, and South America. At a concert conducted by the art director of the XI Gabala International Music Festival, the world famous cellist Dmitry Yablonsky (Israel-USA), Canadian cellist Grace Son, violinist Janna Gandelman (Israel) and pianist Narmin Najafli (Azerbaijan) performed an interesting concert program. The concert featured works by G.Bizet, E.Elgar, P.Tchaikovsky, F.Chopin, P.Sarasate and J.Strauss. The performances of the orchestra and musicians were met with applause from the audience. XI Gabala International Music Festival will be completed on August 5. In accordance with the program, on the last day of the festival, an evening of chamber music will first be held at the Heydar Aliyev Center. Then, the closing ceremony and the final concert of the festival will take place at the Cultural Center.
