According to the order of the Minister of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, five graduates of general educational institutions of the region were awarded gold and silver medals.

The 2018-2019 academic year was successful for graduates of the Gabala Region Department of Education. So, according to the order of the Minister of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. F-474 dated July 30, 2019, four graduates of secondary educational institutions were awarded a gold medal, and one graduate was awarded a silver medal. To this end, award ceremony was held in the region Department of Education. First of all, the meeting participants laid flowers at the monument to a brilliant personality - Heydar Aliyev, erected in the park named after Heydar Aliyev in the center of the city of Gabala, and expressed deep respect for the memory of the national leader of our people. Then, a meeting with graduates who completed full secondary education with a gold medal, and their parents was held in the assembly hall of the region Department of Education. The head of the region Department of Education Arifa Bayramova spoke at the meeting and said that the development of education is an important part of public policy of each country. It was noted that Azerbaijan is also among the countries that have successfully implemented their educational policies. Measures taken to develop education in our country in recent years indicate that Azerbaijan is determined to see its future more confident and reliable. And most importantly, the attention and care shown by President Ilham Aliyev to the development of education once again confirms that this important factor has recently been included in the list of important principles of public policy. Then the ceremony of awarding certificates and awards to the graduates was held. According tothe the order of the Minister of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan graduate of a full secondary school No. 4 of the Gabala city Safaralieva Zhalya Mushfig, graduate of a full secondary school of the Hamzali village of the Gabala region Tahirova Turaj Eldar, graduate of a full secondary school of the Mykhlygovag village of the Gabala region Ismailov Royal Ilgar, graduate of a full secondary school of Vandam village of Gabala region Panahly Sona Sanan were awarded a gold medal, and graduate of a full secondary school No. 5 of the Gabala city Gozalov Safaralieva Asif Vasif was awarded a silver medal. Graduates and their parents that participated at the meeting expressed their gratitude for the attention.
