The concert of “Baku Chamber Orchestra” took place within Gabala festival.

The next chamber concert was presented for music lovers in the evening on the fifth day of the X Gabala International Music Festival. “Baku Chamber Orchestra” of Baku Music Academy named after Uzeyir Hajibayli played an interesting concert program in front of the audience at the concert held in the chamber hall of Heydar Aliyev Congress Centre in Gabala city. At the beginning of the concert it was informed that “Baku Chamber Orchestra” created within Baku Music Academy in 2011, operates with support of Heydar Aliyev Foundation, Ministry of Youth and Sport and Youth Foundation. Art Director of the orchestra is People’s Artist, Rector of Baku Music Academy Farhad Badalbayli, its conductor - Honoured Artist Fuad Ibrahimov, its director – Vice-Rector of Music Academy, People’s Artist Yegana Akhundova. It was informed that the chamber orchestra gave concerts together with prominent musicians of Azerbaijan - Farhad Badalbayli, Fidan and Khuraman Gasimovas, Murad Adygezal-zade, Murad Huseynov, Yegana Akhundova, well-known conductors Azad Aliyev, Yalchin Adigozalov, Fuad Ibrahimov, Eyyub Guliyev, Ralf Gothoni (Finland). The orchestra performed in Turkey, UAE, Italy, France, Greece, Belgium, Uzbekistan as well as different regions of Azerbaijan. “Baku Chamber Orchestra” was conferred to honorary diplomas by Ministers of Youth and Sport and Culture as well as award of “Humay” by “Bakuvian” Society for its successful activity. At the concert the works - Concert for two pianos and chamber orchestra of J.S.Bach, “The Four Seasons of Buenos Aires” and “Summer” of A.Piazzolla, "Grave" of J.Benda, “Qaytaghi” of T.Guliyev and “Serenade for String Orchestra” of P.I.Tchaikovsky were played. People’s Artists, pianists Farhad Badalbayli, Murad Adygezal-zade, Yegana Akhundova also Ziba Rajabli (viola) and Nazrin Aslanli (violin) performed at the concert held with conducting of Fuad Ibrahimov.
